By accessing Wellness Equipment Direct, you agree to our operational terms. We act as an authorized online retailer for premium home wellness equipment. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion (for example, in cases of suspected high-ticket fraud or inventory unavailability).
Payment Capture & Fraud Prevention To protect against fraud, all high-ticket transactions on our store are set to manual payment capture. This means your funds are authorized at checkout, but our team reviews the order details before officially capturing the payment and dispatching the product to the freight carrier.
Sales Tax Compliance We are legally required to collect sales tax in jurisdictions where our business establishes an economic nexus. An economic nexus is generally triggered when our store reaches $100,000 in sales or 200 individual transactions within a specific state over the previous 12 months. If we maintain a multi-jurisdictional resale certificate or active nexus in your delivery state, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
Wellness Equipment Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any costs associated with third-party contractors (e.g., licensed electricians or plumbers) hired by the customer to install saunas, cold plunges, or other equipment.
