Pair the tub with a 1HP chiller and let the machine do the cooling. In the supplier's chiller specs, 100L of water drops 1°C every 3 minutes and goes down to 3°C (38°F), with an integrated water filter to keep the water cleaner. No ice needed, no freezer space taken over.

Control It From Your Phone
